Verdict: This would be a 2 week suspension for aggressive racing and cutting the track to take out another rider, but RF has discovered that Elliot Persson has been using 3rd party software to gain an unfair advantage in official RF races. This goes directly against section 4.4 of the RF rulebook. Elliot is indefinitely suspended.
"RaceFactoryGaming has identified Elliot Persson (UID 50802) as having used a gate timing mod, an unauthorized third-party advantage tool explicitly prohibited under our anti-cheating policy pursuant to section 4.4 of our rulebook. This is a clear and deliberate violation of competition integrity. As a result, Elliot Persson is permanently banned from all RaceFactoryGaming competitions, effective immediately.
This case has also been reported to JLV with a recommendation to strengthen anti-cheat measures against this type of exploit.
RaceFactoryGaming has zero tolerance for cheating in any form. Members who use, develop, or assist in the development of cheats, including gate timing mods or any tool that provides an unfair competitive advantage, will face the same outcome. No exceptions."
