Plaintiff: Luke Scheffler (54695)
Defendant: Jack Fowler (9092)
Class: 450 Amateur Motocross
Moto: Moto 1
Time: 14:50 - 15:15
Description: Jack Fowler who shouldnt be in AMs (we will get into that later) Hits me as I'm crashing and causes himself to go down. On the next uphill he then cross jumps me and sends me flying off track. Now that could be considered an accident however in DMs following the race he admitted to it being an intentional retaliation. (https://i.gyazo.com/269eac28baa176a22fd95feb2f600eab.png) Now on the topic of him not being eligible for ams. According to RF rules any rider who has scored pro points is not eligible for AMs. (https://i.gyazo.com/4893f0d4d6a52016bd70da12eefd451b.png) Fowler scored a 12th in a 250 main last year and was only given his B license back because he cried so much in an admins DMs. When that admin was told by a fellow admin that he cant just give him a B license he said he was going to do it so that he "wouldn't have to deal with him." This isn't the only time that this admin has given out licenses to riders who don't meet the criteria. This season he denied many Pro license requests of riders because they had never earned a NA National Number yet when Jacob Arnbrister and Xander Brion applied they were granted the Pro license despite also having never earned a NA National Number. I'm not going to say that Arnbrister and Brion aren't fast enough for pro licenses or that Fowler shouldn't be in AMs, however I think that we need to establish better license criteria to follow.
Evidence:
Verdict: After reconsideration from the rF crew, Fowler has been placed on a provisional B license. If we see fit he will be bumped into an A license.
