Round 1 Penalties

SERIES:2017 Tagger Designs Supercross Series presented by FAMmx 

ROUND:1 

CLASS:250 ams W 

MOTO:250 ams 

TIME:14:33 

 

PLAINTIFF:lee bradley 

DEFENDANT:Tommy Zimmerman 

DESCRIPTION:guy finished 17th , waits about 5mins then as im coming to finish re enters track takes me out. Must have been racing his friend for 13th LOOL.

VERDICT: Tommy waits after the finish line for Lee. Tommy pulls onto the track in the whoops and collides with Lee before the finish. 

PENALTY: Two month suspension for taking out leader as a lapper. Tommy may request his license be un-suspended on 03/13/2017.

PLAINTIFF:Jeremy Atkinson 

DEFENDANT:trent sheppard 

DESCRIPTION:sitting in the middle of the track not playing causing me to hit him. then continued to sit there

VERDICT: Trent tries to jump in front of Lee Bradley and then goes AFK for the remainder of the race. 

PENALTY: Three week suspension for sitting in the middle of the track during the race causing numerous riders to crash. Trent may request his license be un-suspended on 01/30/2017.

CLASS:Open 

MOTO:Main Event 

TIME:21:16 

 

PLAINTIFF:Kellen Brauer 

DEFENDANT:Ben Toye 

DESCRIPTION:Benjamin Toye (#180) does not move for the blue flag being under one second for more than 45 seconds. Then, after exiting the track at 21:59 he re-enters sideways right in front of Kellen Brauer (#38) causing him to crash whilst closely trailing 2nd place to the finish line.

VERDICT: Ben does not concede the track position to Kellen while he had many chances to do so. He then whips off track and collides with Kellen when he tries to re-enter on the berm unsafely.

PENALTY: Warning for not allowing leaders bye as a lapper. One week suspension for unsafe track re-entry. Pro license revoked. Ben may request his license be un-suspended on 01/16/2017.
